Abstract: As a major disaster country, China's continuous occurrence of serious disasters has become a great obstacle for the Chinese people to achieve a better life. The enterprise's participation in the disaster governance is a demand of adapting to the Chinese socialism entering the new era, and the conditions have been mature. In order to meet the people's ever-growing needs for a better life, China's disaster governance in the new era urgently needs to change the traditional mode of government as a single subject, and to further integrate and activate the society, especially the enterprise's disaster governance function, thus forming a new pattern of disaster governance shared by government, society and enterprises.
