Abstract: Using the bibliometric method, 225 research papers in the Chinese government satisfaction field from 1999 to 2017 were used as data sources to conduct quantitative analysis from three aspects: paper growth and distribution, research hotspots and author distribution and cooperation. The research results show that the number of research papers on the field of government satisfaction in China will continue to grow in the future, and it is very likely to show an overall linear growth that is higher than the trend line growth in a certain period of time; the research hotspots in the field are clear and gradually formed 6 journals in the core area; the authors attach great importance to comparative research and the number of authors and the degree of cooperation (rate) are increasing year by year.
