Abstract: The core of emergency management is emergency decision-making, and the premise of emergency decision-making is information processing. Online information processing has a decisive role in the process of the development of unconventional emergencies, and the research on the low of evolution and propagation about online information has an important role in the effective prevention and control of unconventional emergencies.
