Abstract: This paper offers all interactive teaching model which integrates COl'e capabilities into the teaching pro— eess of core courses，and points out the relationship between the COre courses and core capabilities during the teaching process of information management professional based on respective analysis on the COre courses of information management professional and the core capabilities．Practice have proved that the model has taken a significant role in promoting the students’innovative and self-management ability．
