Abstract: This paper discusses the problem that how to realize the resource sharing among network institution， teachers and students．The ways to solve this problem are changing the traditional way of purchasing and distributing re— sources by institution，establishing muhiple—level resources sharing to enrich the network resources，improve the resource utility，and benefit students，developing various network institution resources sustainably thus to promote our country’s network edcuation career．
