Abstract:
The migration of rural labor force is the other rural flow-out factor of production, which exerts the predominant influence on economic development after capital and land. But this process accompanies sporadic returning of labor force all the time. This tendency becomes more outstanding because of the policy of supporting agriculture and the impacts of international financial crisis. What effects have been caused by this kind of bi-direction migration? How to stengthen its positive influence and reduce the negative affect? This paper summarizes the existing literatures and answers above questions. Based on this review, the author points out the deficiencies of existing literatures, and puts forward the direction and the major issues of further studying in future.
