Abstract: As the proportion of the aging population of our country increases every year, the problem of the old age is becoming more and more serious. The community has absorbed the advantages and the operability of the old age and the social pension system, which can be used as the important mode of the old and large cities in our country. At present, the community of our country is still lack of community nursing staff, the role of social organizations, community service and demand is not suited to the problem. We need to strengthen the government's leading role to promote community endowment service system to further improve, strengthen the cultivation of all kinds of social organizations and to improve the quality of community service for the aged, strengthen regional characteristic, and strengthen the construction of the wisdom of the pension service platform to ease the current shortage of the situation.
