突发事件结构化描述框架研究

Study on Emergency Structural Description Framework

  • 摘要: 突发事件因其难以预测、难以应对以及强大破坏力等特性而备受研究者关注。突发事件的清晰界定是突发事件相关问题研究的基础。首先搜集和整理了典型的突发事件;然后借鉴集合思想,采用多案例分析方法抽象突发事件的属性从而对突发事件进行结构化描述,并进一步将其细分为事件类型、关键属性、从属属性、环境属性和危害评估属性的集合形式;最后选取2008年汶川地震这一典型历史事件两例历史事件进行实例验证。论文结果对研究突发事件演化规律,制定应急决策都有着积极的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Due to its special characteristics like hard to predict, difficult to deal with and strong destructive power, emergency study attracts more and more attention. Clear description of emergency is the basis of its related research. Firstly, this paper collects and sorts some typical emergencies. Secondly, it extracts emergency attributes by the approach of multi-case study to describe emergencies structurally, and furthermore, subdivides them to a set form including the event type, the key attributes, the secondary attributes, the environment attributes, and the hazard assessment attributes. Finally, it employs Wenchuan Earthquake which is a typical historical eventome historical events to verify this structural description framework. All these studies make sense on the research of emergency evolution law or corresponding decision- making.
