Abstract: The researches on Chinese Morality Book have made great achievements, but there are also many problems. That is, the historical data are too single and the perspective is too narrow. If we can appropriate the perspective of genre and intertextuality, we can see that the Morality Book and its periphery constitute a diverse and rich text group. Especially the genre of Leishu, Baojuan, Jiaxun, etc. Popular fiction and Aphorism can be used by the scholars. Thus, we can rethink and make a breakthrough on the study of Chinese Morality Book
