基于模糊物元的农村土地综合整治效益评价

Benefit Evaluation of Rural Land Comprehensive Consolidation Based on Fuzzy Matter-Element

  • 摘要: 农村土地综合整治是实现城乡统筹发展的重要平台,对农村经济发展、生态环境和社会发展都有重要影响。通过分析构建了反映土地综合整治效益的各项指标体系,并利用可拓学的物元模型结合模糊集合的概念建立了土地综合整治效益评价的模糊物元模型,通过计算关联度进行评价优选,并通过实例分析进行计算判定,对土地综合整治的理论研究和实践活动具有重要的现实意义。

     

    Abstract: The rural land comprehensive consolidation, which generates a significant influence on the rural economic development, ecological environment and social development, is an important platform to realize the overall development of cities and countryside. The indicators, which reflect the benefits of the land comprehensive consolidation, are established firstly, and the matter-element theory of extenics is used, combining the concept of fuzzy, to set up the fuzzy matter-element model of the benefit evaluation of the land comprehensive consolidation, then the relational degrees are calculated for evaluation and optimization, and a case is analyzed to determine the land comprehensive consolidation benefits. The results count a lot for the theoretical research and practical activities of the land comprehensive consolidation.
