Analysis on University Cultural Management

  • 摘要: 大学文化管理本质上是一个有意识、有计划和有目的的文化教育、文化发展和文化规范的过程。加强大学文化管理是高校创建一流大学和落实科学发展观的客观要求。大学文化管理构成要素主要包括教育理念、制度保障、队伍建设、物质资源、监督反馈五个方面,其运行机制构建主要包括一系列的正式规则与非正式规则。大学文化管理重在制度和机制创新,构建新时期大学文化管理实践模式与具体路径具有重要意义

     

    Abstract: University cultural management is essentially a conscious, planned and purposeful process of cultural education, cultural development, and cultural specification. Strengthening university cultural management is an objective requirement for colleges and universities to create a first-class university and implement the scientific concept of development. University cultural management elements include the concept of education, security system, the construction team, material resources, supervision and feedback, and its operating mechanism is constructed including a series of formal rules and informal rules. University management focuses on the rules and mechanism innovation. In the new era, it is of significance for university culture management practice mode and the specific path.
