基于网络舆情热度的突发 事件动态分类分级研究

Research on Emergency Dynamic Classification and Grading Based on Network Public Opinion Heat

  • 摘要: 网络舆情热度是突发事件应对过程中的重要影响因素,针对网络舆情监测平台提供的舆情情况,构建基于网络舆情热度的突发事件动态分类分级的方法,并对其具体因素如热度分值、转折点、持续时间和舆情内容等进行分析。研究表明:经过调整后的突发事件分类分级,与突发事件的实际进展状态相匹配,从而对突发事件的实时应对提供参考

     

    Abstract: Network public opinion heat is an important factor in the emergencies response process. According to public opinion of the monitoring platform, we construct the method of dynamic classification and grading based on network public opinion heat, and analyze the specific factors such as heat score, turning point, duration time, and public opinion content. The research shows that the adjusted emergency dynamic classification and grading can match with the actual progress of emergencies, which provides reference to the emergencies real-time response.
