Research on Mechanism and Path of Developing Industrial Carrying Capacity in Post-disaster Reconstruction –A Case Study of Phosphorus Chemical Industry in Deyang City

  • 摘要: 本文选取德阳市磷化工产业为研究对象,通过大量的实地调研和二手资料,总结震前其产业发展模式、制度缺陷以及地震带来的冲击,归纳出灾后发展产业承载能力机制与其基础之间的联系,基于波特的“钻石模型”构建灾后发展产业承载能力的途径模型,建立起基本要素同灾后发展产业承载能力机制的内在联系

     

    Abstract: “5.12” Wenchuan earthquake brings the worst-hit area great damages on ecological carrying capacity. In this paper, we select phosphorus chemical industry in Deyang City as the research object. We sum up its pre-earthquake patterns of industrial development, system defects, as well as the impact of the earthquake by many field researches and secondary data. We explore the link between mechanisms of post-disaster developing industrial carrying capacity and their basic. We build a path model of post-disaster developing industrial carrying capacity and establish the inherent relationship between basic elements and mechanism of post-disaster developing industrial carrying capacity by referring Porter’s “diamond model”.
