Abstract: Post-disaster reconstruction is a systematic process. Among them, the economic reconstruction is the most important task in the post-disaster construction, which plays a guiding role for politics, culture, society, and ecology. The economic model for the construction of Xiang’e Village with distinctive characteristics should start from the overall goals, principles, and methods of the economic construction in the reconstruction of the earthquake, the reform of the agricutural supply side, the construction of industries, and the housing reconstruction.
