Abstract:
The incentive measure always penetrates the internal business management, which is of great importance in the process of the management of human resources. It plays an important role in the aspects of encouraging the morale of employees, enhancing the quality of employees, strengthening the power of the condense, etc. The thesis summarizes the connotation of encouragement, expounds in what way that the enterprises should make use of the medium of encouragement in order to transfer the initiative, the creative of employees, and sequentially achieve the goal of the management.
