Study on Model of Tourism Customer Value Exploitation

  • 摘要: 顾客价值是企业获得持续竞争优势的源泉。根据旅游行业的特征,本文系统地分析了旅游顾客价值、旅游需求与旅游产品的关系,并构建了旅游顾客价值模型。围绕旅游顾客价值的实现,从流程管理的角度分析了旅游企业如何开发旅游顾客价值。

     

    Abstract: It is recognized that customer value is the key source for enterprises to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage. According to the characteristics of tourism industry, the article systematically analyses the tourism customer value, the tourism requirement and the tourism product, and establish the model of tourism customer value exploitation. Around the achievement of the tourism customer value, the article discusses on how the tourism enterprise exploits tourism customer value from the angle of enterprise process management.
