Abstract: Driven by the Internet and information communication technology, technology is gradually integrating with finance, FinTech industry is in full swing and ascendant. The rapid development of FinTech has caused a certain impact and influence on the management mode, the innovation promoters, business performance, on-the-job personnel of traditional finance sector. Therefore, traditional financial institutions should grasp the trend of FinTech, should ever be prepared for danger and start saving for the rainy day, combining its own advantages and the feature of FinTech, take effective strategies such as self-built FinTech platform, collaboration with FinTech start-up, M&A, etc. Meanwhile, financial institutions should use the spirit of the Internet to build FinTech ecosystem, promote the reform, innovation, transformation and upgrading of traditional finance industry, and realize the digitalization, mobilization and intelligence of the financial sector. Thus, financial sector will meet the needs of the society with more convenience, more efficiency, more personality and more low cost .
