Study on the Occupation Orientation Problem of Professional Degree Graduate Education in China

  • 摘要: 相对于美国等西方专业学位研究生教育强国,我国专业学位研究生教育的职业指向问题尚未得到充分重视,相关工作措施缺位,存在与学术型培养体系趋同,职业能力不足等问题。在分析专业学位研究生教育职业指向内涵的基础上,研究职业指向缺失在办学主体、培养主体、学习主体、管理主体上的具体体现,针对如何加强专业学位研究生教育的职业指向提出了相关工作措施

     

    Abstract: Comparing with the countries with strong professional degree graduate education, such as the United States of America and other western countries, occupation orientation problem for professional degree graduate education has not been paid enough attention in China. It is short of occupation ability and relevant measures, and the training system converges to the exiting system of academic degree. Based on the analysis of the connotation of occupation orientation problem for professional degree graduate education, this paper studies on the concrete embodiment of the lack of occupation orientation for school principal, cultivation of subject, learning subject, and management main body, and it proposes relevant measures to strengthen the occupation orientation for professional degree graduate education in China
