Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of municipal government websites evaluation, a set of webometrics indicators of municipal government websites evaluation are proposed. The webometrics indicators of municipal government websites evaluation are composed of content analysis indicators, hyperlink analysis indicators and web impact factors of municipal government websites. The content analysis indicators of municipal government websites contains six sub-indicators, the hyperlink analysis indicators of municipal government websites contains nine sub-indicators, and the web impact factors of municipal government websites contains six sub-factors.
