校园恶性突发事件发生和防控机制的博弈分析

Game Analysis of Prevention and Control Systems for Campus Vicious Emergency

摘要: 从安全管理科学角度揭示了我国社会转型期校园恶性突发事件的发生机理，提出建立并完善校园恶性突发事件的防控机制的措施建议。首先，分析了校园恶性突发事件中社会边缘人实施反社会报复行为，并具有较强的空间传染性的特征；其次，分别建立了基于理性认知结构和具有不同认知结构的校园恶性突发事件不完全信息动态博弈模型，分析了校园恶性突发事件的发生机理；最后，提出了建立和完善校园恶性突发事件防范机制的具体措施和对策，包括调整社会收入分配结构，完善中小学校园的安全防范措施，完善校园周边社区的社会矛盾排查机制、调解机制和社会救助机制，把握媒体宣传报道校园恶性突发事件的时机和原则等。

Abstract: In the viewpoint of different cognitive structures of social marginal man, the paper analyzes the characteristics of campus vicious emergency that social marginal man makes the anti-social reprisal behavior with the highly space infective quality, and reveals the occurrence mechanism of campus vicious emergency in Chinese social transitional period. Lastly, it puts forward some advises for building and perfecting prevention and control system of campus vicious emergency.
