Abstract: A country, of which the development of network technology is late, needs to learn from those countries with top-technology experience. Comparing the Internet service providers responsible for copyright infringement between China and the United States is of great significance. The thesis mainly related to the occurring of the network service providers responsibility for copyright infringement, the Internet service providers copyright liability principles, the duty type, and the limitation of liability comparison of the Sino-US.
