面向地铁项目决策的综合集成方法

Meta-synthesis for Subway Project Decision

  • 摘要: 地铁工程项目具有开放性,规模大、周期长,项目参与单位多,技术要求高、施工难度大,传统项目管理方法难以驾驭其复杂性。综合集成方法是解决地铁项目决策中的复杂问题的有效方法,其具体实现方式是构建基于Internet的包括专家体系、机器体系和知识体系的综合集成研讨厅。根据问题解决方式和信息平台的不同,地铁项目决策综合集成研讨厅可分为基于电子政务网的综合集成研讨厅、面向协同工作的综合集成研讨厅和基于企业ERP的综合集成研讨厅三种类型。

     

    Abstract: Subway project is an open system due to the large scale, the long construction period, numerous involved parties and complicated techniques. Meta-synthesis is an effective method to solve the complex problems of subway project decision. The implementation method is the Internet-based Hall for Workshop of Meta-synthesis (HWMS) including expert system, machine system and knowledge system. Three types of HWMS for subway project decision making is proposed covering HWMS based on electronic government affairs network, HWMS for cooperative work and HWMS based on ERP.
