Abstract: The growing popularity of the network provide a more broad and convenient platform for the spread political rumors, which put forward higher requirements to the government’s guidance, information management, media ethics and public’s recognition on information. The spread of network politic rumors brings negative affects on the social and political culture, public opinion and political psychology, social security and political stability, and even national political stability. The government should play a leading role and cooperate with the citizens and the media, to enhance the public credibility, clear channels of communication between the public, improve the regulatory and legal systems, rebuild the media responsibility, and improve the public’s political participation, so as to make the network serve better the development of socialistic democracy politics.
