Abstract:
This essay explores the action of general education which promotes student teachers’ occupational career development from the perspective of teacher professional development in order to find the approaches for normal college students' self-providing effective professional development. We hold that general education student teachers could choose explicit direction specialization of individual career development, promote ‘reflective practitioners’ paradigm of the teacher's professional development and teachers' professional ethic development, and make student teachers quickly become "the new teacher" which has implemented concept of the new curriculum.
