教师专业发展视角:通识教育在师范生 自我职业生涯发展中的效能研究

Perspective of Teachers’ Professional Development: General Education Acts on Student Teachers’ Occupational Career Development

  • 摘要: 通识教育以其“广而博”的课程内容支持和帮助师范生有效开发未来职业生涯发展能力,对师范生加强自我职业生涯管理、明确职业定位、促进教师专业成长具有重要的作用。本文从促进教师专业发展的视角,探讨通识教育在师范生自我职业生涯发展中效能:一是通识教育能培养学生职业理解力,促进师范生明确自我职业生涯的专业化发展方向;二是通识教育能培养学生逻辑推理能力和思辨能力,促进“反思型实践者”范式的教师专业发展;三是通识教育能培养学生专业情感,有效促进教师专业伦理发展;四是通识教育加强教育改革意识养成,有效培养实施新课程理念的“新教师”

     

    Abstract: This essay explores the action of general education which promotes student teachers’ occupational career development from the perspective of teacher professional development in order to find the approaches for normal college students' self-providing effective professional development. We hold that general education student teachers could choose explicit direction specialization of individual career development, promote ‘reflective practitioners’ paradigm of the teacher's professional development and teachers' professional ethic development, and make student teachers quickly become "the new teacher" which has implemented concept of the new curriculum.
