Research on the Performance Assessment of Procuratorial Personnel Based on the Method of Balance Score Card—Take the Empirical Research by People's Procuratorate of Chengdu as a Vision

  • 摘要: 检察人员绩效考评是检察管理工作的重要组成部分,是全面推进检察管理体制改革的助推器。成都市人民检察院运用平衡计分卡的理论框架,构建了检察人员绩效考评体系,并将360度绩效考评方法应用到考评体系的实际操作中,为科学有效地开展检察人员绩效考评提供了理论和方法的支撑。

     

    Abstract: The performance assessment of the procuratorial personnel is an important part of the procuratorial work, and it is the booster of the comprehensive reform of the procuratorial management system. The People’s Procuratorate of Chengdu uses the method of Balance Score Card to construct the performance assessment system of the procuratorial personnel, and applies the 360 degree performance assessment method to the actual operation of the assessment system. It provides the theory and method support for scientific and effective performance assessment of procuratorial personnel.
