Abstract: Guaranteeing the safety of information networks is a difficult and key point for strengthening and innovating social management of national autonomous regions. To better guarantee the information network safety, we must insist on management and innovation of virtual society based on ruling by law, put emphasis on transferring the concepts of information network management, reform actively the management mode, perfect the management mechanism, and strengthen the construction of ruling by law, so as to maintain the social harmony, national unity and country’s safety
