摘要: 针对汶川特大地震后安置点社区重建中的社区化管理工作，在对成都市震后安置点社区重建中的社区化管理进行调查研究的基础上，分析了目前安置点社区化管理面临的挑战及其过程中应注意的一些问题，并就如何完善安置点社区的社区化管理进行了对策性研究

Abstract: The community management of the transitional resettlements is a very essential problem. This paper analyzes the difficulty and challenge based on the investigations and studies of the transitional resettlements in Chengdu, then sets forward several practical proposals.
