Abstract: With the development of the higher education, some schools of the university have more and more education items. This paper discusses teaching management innovation of the organization and working process. It is suggested that some schools should set teaching conference and teaching office in charge of all levels of teaching management of the whole school. It gives the organizational framework and work function of the teaching conference and teaching office. It also gives the suggestion on the detailed working process in arranging courses of the different education items. By doing this, the teaching management can be further innovated.
