四川省高校编制外聘用人员入会情况 及对策研究
Study on the Status of Employed Staff Joining the Trade Union in Universities and the Countermeasures

摘要: 针对目前高校外聘人员加入工会比较难的现状，在对四川省具有代表性的高校进行调研分析的基础上，探讨了高校外聘人员入会难的原因，提出解决聘任制下我省高校外聘人员入会的政策性建议。Abstract: Nowadays, joining the trade union is difficult for the employed staffs in universities. Based on the research and analysis of representative universities in Sichuan, this paper discusses the reasons causing the difficulty and proposes countermeasures to solve it under the present employment system in our province.
