Abstract: " Internet plus social governance” based on big data, cloud computing, networking, artificial intelligence, and information technology can reduce administrative costs, optimize the decision-making mechanism, and improve the administrative efficiency, so as to promote the national governance system and governance capacity modernization. But at the same time, security vulnerabilities, technology ethics defects, huge energy consumption and other problems are hidden in various technologies of Internet plus, which brings a challenge to the ability of the government to manage the Internet technology. The government should constantly solve the problems from aspects of optimizing governance, advocating technical ethics, and strengthening information security, so as to raise the level of governance.
