On the Soft Power in the Internet

  • 摘要: 随着互联网的普及和全球化的深入,软实力问题的重要性不断增加。互联网不仅是一种技术手段,它还能够产生软实力。互联网通过提供接触,塑造认同,为软实力的产生和实现提供可能,同时,互联网交流的平等、自由、开放特点也很好的切合了软实力的要求。互联网在技术、语言和文化三个层面能够产生软实力

     

    Abstract: This article discusses the problem of the soft power in the Internet. With the popularity of the Internet and globalization deepens, the importance of soft power is increasing. The author believes that the Internet is not only a technical means, but also it can produce soft power. By providing access and creating identity, it is possible for the Internet to produce and realize soft power. At the same time, Internet exchanges are equal, free, and open, which just meet the requirements of soft power. Internet can produce soft power at 3 levels of internet technology, internet language and internet culture
