Abstract: Ecotourism was considered as one of the main issues to resolve the coordinated development of the economy and environment in the 21 Century. However, as a result of the interest-driven, eco-tourism have deviated from the right track, and have appeared the “non-ecological” alienation. On the basis of analyzing the four major actors of eco-tourism: the tourists, the operators of tourism development, the government and the local community, the notion of ecological control system for ecotourism environment is analyzed.
