Possibility and Strategies of Social Work Taking Participate in Social Governance: Based on Social Work Imagination

摘要: 社会治理是国“家治理体系和治理能力现代化”背景下的重大创新。社会工作是一种具有福利性质的社会服务活动。社会工作与社会治理在目标和功能方面具有高度的契合性。社会工作想象力是一种视野和能力，基于社会工作想象力的启发，社会工作对人类社会的多元异质性理解和对重大时代主题的关注是社会工作参与社会治理成为“可能”的逻辑基础和价值本质。确立包容性社会发展道路、完善服务型治理方式、培养社会工作者的“心智品质”是推动社会工作参与社会治理“可为”的重要操作方略。在社会工作想象力的启发下探讨社会工作参与社会治理的可能与可为既有利于社会工作的发展，也有利于社会治理创新的推进。

Abstract: Social work is closely related to the social governance and plays an important role in social governance innovation. Based on social work imagination, the basic theory of social work participating in social governance is the pluralistic heterogeneity of human society, and the value of social work participating in social governance is the concern of the major themes of the times. The paths of social work involved in social governance include establishing inclusive social development path, improving the style of service-oriented governance, and cultivating the mental quality of social workers.
