Abstract: Nationalism is rising on Internet in recent years. Direct expression and virtual space in Internet provide a new technological tool for nationalism. Hegemony in the world and the rise of China is the practical background of nationalism. Webnationalism is also the reflection of China’s policy and education orientation.
