摘要: 融资难是制约成都市非公有制小企业发展的瓶颈所在，提高融资效率对成都市小 企业的发展十分重要。本文在实地调研基础上，对成都市非公有制小企业常用的八种融资方式的 融资效率进行了模糊综合评价，提出了计算融资效率各决定因素影响融资效率隶属度大小的改进 方法和旨在缓解成都市非公有制小企业融资困境的两点建议。Abstract: Financing difficulty is a bottleneck which restrains the development of non——public ownership small en-- terprises in Chengdu．It’S very important for small enterprises to raise financing efficiency．This article evaluates eight fi— nancing ways which are usually used by Chengdu’s small enterprises．advances a new calculating method and two pieces of advice which aim at solving the financing difficulties of non——public ownership small enterprises in Chengdu．
