Abstract: Jointly organized by School of Management and Economics, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the First International Forum on Incident Management (IFIM09) was held at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China on October 19, 2009. The key issues of the forum——“scenarios-response”, “systematic study of emergency management” and “resource/information sharing” on emergency management were communicated and discussed in-depth by the participating experts and scholars, which played a positive role in promoting the work on unconventional emergency management.
