Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization, the underground space development and utilization has already become the important content of urban construction. It plays an important role in relieving the ground traffic pressure, extending urban service functions, expanding urban development space, and so on. At the same time, the underground space is also a frequent area of various emergencies. Based on the necessary of emergency management of underground space, ghis paper discusses the system structure, function and operation mode, and analyzes the safeguard mechanism of emergency management in urban underground space.
