Abstract: With the development of culture of science and technology nowadays, network culture is influencing the traditional culture day by day, so it is needed to recognize and understand the concepts, the characteristics, and the developmental rules of both traditional culture and network culture. The conflicts between the network culture and traditional culture are mainly reflected in innovation and tradition, virtuality and reality, instantaneity and closeness, and diversity and uniqueness. Certainly they integrate and interact with each other. It is needed to explore a path for integrating traditional culture and network culture so as to eventually realize the common development of network culture and traditional culture.
