Abstract:
Based on the internal perspective of organization, factors of the ability to create corporate patent have cross-level features, Generally, the leader affects the general staff through the organizational level, therefore we construct "entrepreneurial qualities—organizational innovation atmosphere, the ability of organizational learning—employee innovative behavior "Cross-analytic hierarchy model, and use softwares of SPSS and HLM to explore the impact mechanism of four factors. The results show that the entrepreneur qualities and employees innovative behavior was significantly associated, organizational innovation atmosphere and the ability of organizational learning between entrepreneurs qualities and employees innovative behavior play an intermediary role in a part, there are some cross-level mechanism of action between the four factors.
