基于创业视角的全日制MBA培养模式探索与实践——以电子科技大学为例

Exploration and Practice on the Training Pattern of the Full-time MBA Based on the View of Entrepreneurship——Taking UESTC as an Example

  • 摘要: 为适应创新创业的发展趋势,尤其是全日制(脱产)MBA学生的需求特点,对传统的以课程为主线的MBA培养模式进行改革势在必行。电子科技大学基于创新视角,以创业过程的重要阶段所需理念、知识和工具为核心,以整合管理知识,提升创新能力为目标,在课程平台设计、课程体系构建、实践能力整合训练等方面进行了探索,构建了一种新的全日制MBA培养模式。“创新与变革领导力培养计划”于2012年开始实施,迄今为止得到学生、企业及社会一定程度认同。

     

    Abstract: The current training pattern for MBA based on the main line of the traditional curriculum must be reformed because the trend of the development of entrepreneurship and innovation, especially the demand characteristics of full-time MBA students. Based on the perspective of innovation, University of Electronic Science and technology of China have explored on it cored with the concept, knowledge and tools which are required in an important stage of the entrepreneurial process. They construct a new full-time MBA training pattern in order to integrate knowledge management and improve innovation ability as the goal including building a course platform design, innovating a curriculum system, and practicing the ability to integrate the training. The new pattern has been named as “Innovation and Transform Leadership Training Program” and operated from 2012. So far, the project has been accepted and supported by the students, enterprises and social.
