Abstract: Practice education plays an important role in improving talent training in the context of connotative development of colleges, and distinctive features of independent institutes make practice education more important and urgent. The development experience and conditions for school running together add more difficulties to the implement of practice education, but the new operation mechanism in independent institutes offers more bravery and chance for practice education exploration. The establishment of practice education's diversification platform can preferably solve the problem in practice education's coverage and the long-term mechanism, and the diversity of the physical space, the diversity of the form, the diversity of content, as well as the diversity of talent training programs can virtually help independent institutes break through this bottleneck.
