Abstract: The discourse right of network ideological and political education is the generation power, which is the power after the interaction of internet practice process. Since it is the generation power, how to promote the formation of the generation power in the network ideological and political education practice needs to be explored in theory, so as to provide a solid theoretical basis for people to understand the inherent nature of network ideological and political education discourse right.
