Abstract: Ideological and political education in universities is a process of making soul. Its effectiveness affects deeply the training and cultivating of constructers and successors of socialist modernization. It is an arduous system that promotes the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Setting up a platform of practical education by relying on red resources is a basic link, playing the leading role of teachers is the key, and stimulating students’ initiative is the decisive step in the ideological and political education.
