特大地震山地型重灾区土地资源承载力演化机理研究—以四川省清平镇为例

Study on the Evolution Mechanism of Land Resources Carrying Capacity in the Mountainous Region of Catastrophic Earthquake

  • 摘要: “5.12”汶川大地震严重破坏了四川汶川县、北川县、绵竹市等地的生态环境,同时,由于地震后效应的持续影响,极大地影响到重灾区的社会经济和人民的生产生活。将土地资源承载力划分为土地人口承载力、土地经济承载力、土地生态承载力三个方面,并分别从三个方面分析关键影响因素,进而构建土地资源承载力评价指标体系。在此基础上,以四川省清平镇为例,通过收集“5.12”地震过后清平镇相关数据,从时间维度上构建基于均方差法的土地资源承载力演化模型,并对结果进行分析,从不同角度为灾后规划和灾后重建提供建议。

     

    Abstract: The ecological environment of Wenchuan Sichuan County, Beichuan County, Mianzhu city and other places was seriously damaged by " 5.12” earthquake. At the same time, due to the impact of " post-earthquake effect”, after the earthquake, the social-economic and people’s life and production of the disaster area have greatly been affected. In this paper, the land resources carrying capacity is divided into land population carrying capacity, land economic carrying capacity, and land ecological carrying capacity. Taking Qingping Town as an example, this paper analyzes the key influencing factors of the three parts, constructs the evolution model of land resources carrying capacity based on mean variance analysis, and studies the change of land resources carrying capacity from 2008 to 2013. The results can provide the basis for post-disaster planning and post-disaster reconstruction from different angles.
