Abstract:
Purpose/Significance In recent years, the development of mobile government affairs and government affairs new media as a new social hotspot and academic issue has attracted great attention and extensive discussion from the government and academic communities. The analysis of mobile government affairs research from the vertical dimension of time evolution and the horizontal dimension of domestic and foreign applications can help understand the research status in this field and promote the development of mobile government affairs research. Design/Methodology In this paper, 1911 foreign language literatures from the core database of Web of Science and 571 Chinese literatures from the core collection of CNKI are selected. CiteSpace 5.3 is used to draw knowledge map of prominent words, keywords and cited literatures, and to compare and analyze the evolutionary stages, research hotspots and knowledge base of domestic and foreign studies. Findings/Conclusions The research results show that domestic and foreign studies pay attention to information technology changes and application practices; foreign research is user-oriented, paying more attention to the privacy protection and security of mobile government affairs, and domestic research is policy-oriented, concerning more about the transformation of government functions; foreign research has mature and diverse theories and models, domestic research emphasizes theory localization practices with qualitative research as the mainstay. In the future, research may be conducted in areas such as diversified research perspectives, strengthened theoretical accumulation, improved empirical research, satisfied public personalized services, and public acceptance of innovation research.
