基于HCPS的智能制造可重构性研究:发展现状和趋势展望

Research on Reconfigurability of Intelligent Manufacturing Based on HCPS: Development Status, Trend and Prospect

  • 摘要:
    目的/意义基于人–信息–物理系统(HCPS)的智能制造方法研究是推动以智能制造为核心的先进制造业发展和变革的重要基础理论。因此,围绕基于HCPS的智能制造可重构性开展回顾性综述分析,为丰富基于HCPS的智能制造方法体系具有重要的理论意义。
    设计/方法在系统性剖析相关基础理论和研究现状的基础上,明确指出了基于HCPS的智能制造可重构性发展趋势和研究展望。
    结论/发现围绕机床可重构性、生产线可重构性和智能车间可重构性,当前已积累了较为丰富的研究成果,但是对于智能工厂可重构性的研究尚处于起步阶段。基于上述发现,深入分析并提出了智能制造可重构方法体系、基于HCPS的智能工厂可重构性和面向工业互联网的智能制造可重构性的相关研究展望,推动了智能制造可重构性的理论研究及其在未来智能工厂中的应用发展。

     

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance The researches of intelligent manufacturing methods based on Human-Cyber-Physical System (HCPS) are important basic theories to promote the development and transformation of the advanced manufacturing industry with intelligent manufacturing as the core. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance to carry out a retrospective literature review and analysis on the reconfigurability of intelligent manufacturing based on HCPS for enriching the intelligent manufacturing method system based on HCPS. Designs/Methodology Based on the relevant basic theories and systematic analysis of the research status, this paper clearly points out the development trend and research prospect of HCPS-based intelligent manufacturing reconfigurability.Conclusions/Findings Currently, there are abundant research results of the reconfigurability of machine tools, production lines, and intelligent workshops. However, the researches on the reconfigurability of intelligent factory are still in the initial stage. Based on the above findings, this paper deeply analyzes and proposes the prospect of reconfigurable method system of intelligent manufacturing, the reconfigurability of intelligent factory based on HCPS, and reconfigurability of intelligent manufacturing for the industrial internet, and promotes theoretical researches on the reconfigurability of intelligent manufacturing and its applications in future intelligent factories.
