Abstract:
Findings/Conclusions In the information age, the forms of classroom teaching in colleges and universities continue to change, and many universities introduce MOOCs into their teaching process. The satisfaction survey can reasonably explore the effects of MOOCs, promote the high-quality development of MOOCs, and improve the quality of classroom teaching in colleges and universities. Design/Methodology Through questionnaire surveys for students, the data on the satisfaction with MOOCs is obtained, and a variety of statistical analysis methods are used to analyze how students’ satisfaction with the course content, learning conditions, lecturers, assessment system and learning effect influences the overall satisfaction of MOOCs. Conclusions/Findings The study found that the gender and major of the respondents have no significant influence on the overall satisfaction of MOOCs. Students’ satisfaction with course content, learning conditions, lecturers, assessment system and learning effect all positively and significantly affects the overall satisfaction of MOOCs. MOOC teaching should be oriented to students, and teachers should continuously improve their teaching ability to jointly create a good teaching atmosphere.
