Abstract: From the rescue activities of Lushan Earthquake, we can see the great development of the NGO in emergency rescue, but quite a few problems are still in existence. In recent years, the Beijing government also attaches great importance to the construction of volunteers. In this paper, we make a survey and analysis on the emergency volunteers in Beijing from the respects of development situation, abilities, training and the professional emergency volunteers. This research tries to provide a reference for the development and management of the emergency volunteers in Beijing.
