Reanalyze the Meaning of the Value of Talent

  • 摘要: 人才价值是培养人才、使用人才的内在根据和动力因素。人才价值研究具有重要的理论意义与实践价值,而人才价值的含义是人才价值研究中首要的和最基本的理论问题。基于马克思主义对价值含义的科学论述,科学界定人才价值的含义,剖析人才价值与相关概念的关系,是促进人才理论科学发展的理论诉求和推动人才强国战略的现实关照。

     

    Abstract: The value of talent is internal basis and motivating factor for developing talent and making use of the talents. The value of talent researching is valuable for theory and practice. And the meaning of the value of talent is the first and most basic theoretical issue in the value of talent researching. Basing on Marxism scientific discourse on the meaning of the value, to try to correctly define the meaning of the value of talent and analyze relationship between the value of talent and relevant conception is not only the theoretical pursuit of promoting scientific development of theoretical system of talent, but also the reality care of driving strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development.
