中国生物医药产业专利现状 及发明者合作网络演化研究

Study of China Bio-pharmaceutical Industry Patent Status and Co-inventor Collaboration Network Evolution

  • 摘要: 以中国知识产权局2000~2009年受理的专利数据为例,首先,从专利申请授权状况、所属地区、国别、权利要求项数等多方面分析了生物医药产业专利现状。然后,研究并分析了专利发明者合作网络特征的演化。研究结果显示:国内生物医药专利申请、授权数量已经超过国外;我国生物医药的发展区域性较强,分布不均匀,主要集中少数省份;中国权利要求项数均值与美国相差甚远;专利合作强度、网络平均中心度、高产发明者以及重复合作者对所占比例整体上都呈现出递增趋势。

     

    Abstract: Based on the patent data of the state intellectual property office from 2000 to 2009, the authorization situation of the patent, regions, countries, and patent claims of bio-pharmaceutical industry are analyzed first. Then, the evolution of the biological medicine industry cooperation network characteristics of patent inventor is given. The result shows that: the claimed number authorized number of domestic biological medicine patent are more than abroad; China's bio-pharmaceuticals develop unevenly, which are focusing on a few provinces; the quality of Chinese patents and that of the United States vary greatly; the ratio of the inventor cooperation intensity, average degree of network, high yield inventors and repeat partners appear in constantly increasing trend.
